Product Uniformity: Product color, design, texture, and/or density may vary with inventory replenishments. Imprinting methods used are adjusted by hand-eye coordination. While every effort is made for imprint consistency, a totally uniform imprint on each piece cannot be guaranteed.
Samples: Random sample orders totaling up to US $12.00 (G) are available at no charge, with a valid shipper account number. Your shipper account number is required for samples shipping outside of the U.S. and will include freight and duties/taxes charges. Samples ship within 24 hours and F.O.B. St. Louis only.
Custom Shape/Color and Non-Stock Products: We offer a host of design services for custom and non-stock products. These are generally manufactured overseas. Let our Special Orders Department help design a creative product just for you.
Co-Op Programs: Available on stock items only. Co-op quotes do not guarantee inventory.
Credit Card Convenience Fee: A Convenience fee of 2.7% of the total payment amount will be added to all credit card payments.
Cancellations: US $32.00 (G) plus any art and production costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.
Establishing Credit: A complete credit application is necessary for new account wishing to establish terms. New account holders may be required to prepay up to 100% of their first order, plus freight, until credit terms are established.

Managing Your Artwork
Artwork E-Mail: You may submit your digital art files to CustomerService@ArielPremium.com. Please be sure to include your P.O. number and company name in the subject line. For files larger than 5MB, please use a transfer service such as Dropbox.
Recreating Artwork: US $50.00 (G) per hour, 1-hour minimum. Art charges are quoted in advance of recreating your art. We assume authorization for use of brands and intellectual property has been obtained on all provided artwork prior to our work.
Imprint Size: We will size your artwork to the maximum imprint area of the product ordered, unless otherwise requested. Due to the orientation of some designs, your artwork may be resized and smaller than the imprint area.
Typesetting: US $15.00(G) for straight type, US $25.00(G) for curved type or font matching. One typesetting charge per order. Normal setup charge(s) apply.
Vector Artwork: Graphic designs created in drawing-based software such as Adobe Illustrator. File formats include .ai, .eps or PDF. For optimal imprinting results and design integrity, submit your fonts converted to outlines or paths (vector curves).
Raster/Bitmap Images: Graphic designs created using pixel-based software such as Photoshop. File formats include .psd, .tif, .jpg, .bmp and .png. For optimal imprinting results, your images should be a minimum of 600 dpi (1200 dpi preferred) at 100% imprint. CMYK (4-color process) images should be a minimum resolution of 350 dpi at 100% imprint size.
Multi-Color Artwork Files: For registration purposes, your multi-color artwork should include a color composite representation.

Ink Color Change: US $20.00 (G) per change, per plate, per design.
Metallic Ink Imprints: Due to packaging requirements, a US $0.20 (G) per item fee applies for bulk packed items imprinted with metallic inks.
QR Scan set up: US $75.00 (G)
*PMS Imprint Colors: US $55.00 (G) per color, per order. Due to variances in product colors and surfaces, an exact PMS color cannot be guaranteed; however, we strive to create the closest equivalent possible.
Stock Imprinting Colors
Ariel has created a host of distinctive Stock Art designs available for you to add to many of our blank stress relievers. In some cases, you can use them as a second location imprint for only US $0.25 (G) per color, per piece. See our Stock Art collection for all of our fun and creative designs.
PROVIDING YOU PROOFS AND CONFIRMATIONS
An automated electronic Order Confirmation is provided within 24 hours of submitting your order.
An Art Proof is sent on every imprinted order, with the exception of Exact Re-orders, Same-Day, 1-Day and 2-Day rush orders. Proofs are provided at no charge 1 business day after we receive your P.O. and art. Approval of your proof is required before we schedule production and ship dates. Delayed art approval may also delay production.
Edits to Proofs: After your initial proof is completed, one proof revision is provided at no charge. Any additional revisions may incur a charge of US $10.00 (G) per edit.
Proofs for 3-Day and 4-Day Rush Orders: We will provide an art proof unless “Proof Waived” is specifically requested on your P.O. For such requests, a Ship Date Confirmation will be sent with a courtesy layout. All other requests for waived proofs that may have artwork concerns or pricing discrepancies will require approval prior to production.
Proofs for Pre Production (PPP), Spec & Digital Samples: A purchase order is required for these projects. Any applicable production and art charges will apply. Digital proofs will be charged an additional US $25.00 (G) processing fee. This charge also applies to any requested revisions to digital proofs.
Virtual & Mockup Proofs: A purchase order is not required, however charges may apply based on design complexity, the quantity of products and any requested design modifications. A PDF with logo placement is provided as your mockup proof.
PACKING & SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Shipping Methods: UPS, FedEx or truck line by request. USPS is available for APO addresses only, though package tracking may not be available.
Third-Party Shipping: No charge for using third-party shipping services. Complete billing information is required for all orders shipping on a 3rd party shipper account.
Returns & Claims: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery (for either blank or imprint products) before returning any merchandise as your return shipment requires a Return Authorization Number to accept delivery in our warehouse. A US $32.00 (G) restocking fee may apply for blank goods.
Drop/Split Shipments: US $10.00 (G) per address after first address, plus applicable freight charges. A US $32.00 (G) repackaging fee applies for split addresses not provided with the initial P.O.
Individual Item Packaging: To individually polybag any item, add US $0.20 (G) per piece. Our stress relievers are generally bulk packaged, however, to protect their imprint during transit, we reserve the right to polybag them free of charge. Packaging for all other items is outlined on each product page. Special packaging options may be available at additional charges. Please contact us for options and pricing.
Inaccurate Shipping Address/Account Info: US $32.00 (G) per destination plus additional carrier charges per package, per corrected address.
"Dangerous Goods" Air Shipments:
Lithium-Ion Batteries: All of our Power Banks which contain lithium-ion batteries are classified as “dangerous goods” due to their potential instability at higher altitudes. A US $66.25 (G) handling charge per carton will apply to all domestic air shipments. Contact us for international shipping details.
Hand Sanitizers: Hand sanitizers are also classified as “dangerous goods” due to their alcohol content and are subject to additional handling charges. Please refer to each individual product for exact charges.
Shipments To Canada: All orders into Canada are shipped duties/taxes, freight and brokerage fees pre-paid, unless otherwise noted on your P.O. or when an alternative shipper account number is provided. Contact us for applicable duty/tax rates.
Destinations Outside the USA and Canada: Contact us for details as additional charges and/or restrictions will apply. We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to clearing processes through customs. Orders intended for Mexico must ship to a US logistics broker.
