Job Summary:

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Account Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries and orders from initial contact through to delivery, while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Pay is based on experience and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and support to help customers find solutions that meet their needs.
• Accurately process orders, prepare quotes, and manage special requests and follow-ups.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues while maintaining accurate documentation in our systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time and high-quality service.

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service or account management experience (email/phone/chat).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in promotional products, marketing, or printing is a plus.
