We reach out directly to our partner factories. If needed, our Asia Sourcing Team identifies new manufacturing options.

We collect factory quotes, address potential questions, and evaluate product feasibility before presenting options.

Import & Logistics Review
Our team reviews import duty rates, safety requirements, and freight options to provide a complete landed cost picture.

Quote Delivered
We present a detailed quote with pricing, timelines, and general credit terms—typically within 48 hours of having all details.

Order Placement
You place the order and we issue a Purchase Order to the factory. Our Credit Team works with you on payment terms.

Proof & Approval
The factory sends a pre-production proof (digital or physical sample). We forward it for your review and coordinate any revisions.

Production
Factory enters production. You receive progress updates at every milestone so there are no surprises.

Shipment & Delivery
