  • Pricing & Feasibility

    We collect factory quotes, address potential questions, and evaluate product feasibility before presenting options.

  • Design & Development

    We design the product, source the optimal materials, and develop custom tooling or molds to ensure your product matches your vision and performs as intended.

  • Import & Logistics Review

    Our team reviews import duty rates, safety requirements, and freight options to provide a complete landed cost picture.

  • Quote Delivered

    We present a detailed quote with pricing, timelines, and general credit terms—typically within 48–72 hours of having all details.

  • Order Placement

    You place the order and we issue a Purchase Order to the factory. Our Credit Team works with you on payment terms.

  • Proof & Approval

    The factory sends a pre-production proof (digital or physical sample). We forward it for your review and coordinate any revisions.

  • Production

    Factory enters production. You receive progress updates at every milestone so there are no surprises.

  • Shipment & Delivery

    We coordinate with our logistics team for freight, customs, and final delivery directly to your location—or multiple locations if needed.
