We can not accept verbal orders or faxed artwork. until credit terms are established.

Artwork: Art should be emailed to: art@arielpremium.com – Please reference your purchase order number on subject ling of the email.

Camera-ready Art: Black and white line art; laser prints can be accepted at 600 dpi or higher, preferred to 200% of final size. Multicolor art must include color composite. (Please see artwork standards prior to sending artwork)

Credit: New customers please provide completed credit application. New customers may be required to prepay up to 100% of their first order plus freight , until credit terms are established.

Order Flow Process

One hour after order is received confirmation will be sent to customer. If artwork has not been reveived, customer will be advised at the time.

Layout Proof/Order Confirmation: Will be e-mailed automatically at no charge within 24-48 hours of receipt of all order detail, unless proof waiver is requested
on purchase order. Proof waivers will only be accepted in circumstances where order reflects accurate pricing and turnaround time and where artwork does not pose a printing
concern. Returned written approval required. Proof may be faxed if requested. Delayed proof approval may cause delay in production/shipment of order.
